1.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. jl100 is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using jl100 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. jl100 shall bear no liability for any player who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
1.3 One Account Per Person. Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) jl100 account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same identity, same household, same device, or same payment method — constitute a material breach of these Terms. jl100 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit all associated balances and bonuses without prior notice.
1.4 Accurate Registration Information. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including but not limited to a fictitious name, false date of birth, or another person's identification documents — is grounds for immediate permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of all funds held therein.
1.5 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, jl100 requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a UMID, SSS ID, Driver's License, or Passport) and a current selfie photograph. jl100 may request additional supporting documentation at its sole discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by jl100 may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.
2.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl100 username, password, and any other account credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party, including friends, family members, or jl100 customer support staff. jl100 will never ask you for your password through any communication channel.
2.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify jl100 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of your account security. jl100 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
2.3 Account Use. Your jl100 account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise permit any third party to use your account for any purpose. All wagers placed through your account are deemed to have been placed by you personally.
2.4 Two-Factor Authentication. jl100 offers SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) and strongly recommends that all players activate this security feature. Enabling 2FA reduces the risk of unauthorized access. jl100 shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of a player's decision not to activate available security features.
3.1 Accepted Methods. jl100 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and other methods as displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of deposit. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso), unless a higher minimum is indicated for a specific payment method. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
3.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that you personally own and are legally entitled to use for gambling purposes. Deposits made using funds obtained through illegal means — including but not limited to proceeds of crime, fraud, or money laundering — are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
3.4 Currency. All account balances, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). jl100 does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies.
4.1 Withdrawal Requirements. To process a withdrawal from your jl100 account, you must: (a) have completed KYC identity verification; (b) have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) not be subject to any ongoing account investigation or suspension.
4.2 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to four (4) business hours for e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or where volumes are high.
4.3 Withdrawal Limits. Standard accounts are subject to a daily withdrawal limit of ₱50,000 and a monthly limit of ₱500,000. 4.4 Verification of Withdrawals. jl100 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, including requesting additional documentation, before releasing funds. Withdrawal requests that fail security verification will not be processed, and the relevant funds will remain in the player's account pending resolution.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, promotions, and loyalty rewards offered by jl100 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution percentages, and validity periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. jl100 monitors player activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting bonus terms through low-risk or hedged betting strategies, and coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes. Where bonus abuse is identified, jl100 reserves the right to void the relevant bonuses and associated winnings, and to close the account permanently.
5.4 VIP Program. Participation in jl100's VIP Program is subject to eligibility requirements based on monthly wagering activity. jl100 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, associated benefits, and program structure at any time. Tier status is reviewed monthly and may be adjusted based on qualifying activity in the preceding calendar month.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on jl100 is governed by its specific game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you agree to be bound by the rules applicable to that game.
6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome or processing of any game, jl100 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return stakes to players. jl100 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on jl100.
6.3 Errors in Published Odds or Payouts. jl100 makes every effort to ensure accuracy in published game odds, payout tables, and betting limits. In the event of a manifest error in published information — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds or payout multipliers — jl100 reserves the right to void affected bets at its sole discretion, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

8.1 Commitment. jl100 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing gambling-related harm among its players. jl100 supports the responsible gaming standards required by PAGCOR and actively provides tools to help players manage their gambling behavior.
8.2 Player Controls. All jl100 account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools via their account dashboard: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 months), and permanent self-exclusion. These tools take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed within the selected cooling-off or exclusion period.
8.3 21+ Policy Enforcement. jl100 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 21 years of age will be suspended pending age verification. If underage access is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any deposited funds will be returned (net of any amounts already wagered), with no bonus or winnings paid.
8.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude from jl100 may do so at any time through the account dashboard or by contacting jl100 support. A self-exclusion request will be implemented within 24 hours. During any self-exclusion period, jl100 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing their account and to suppress marketing communications directed at that player.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use jl100's content solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any jl100 content without prior written authorization.
10.1 Service Availability. jl100 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," subject to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. jl100 shall not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions, including in cases where such interruptions affect ongoing game sessions or pending withdrawal processing.
10.2 Gambling Risk. All gambling activity on jl100 involves financial risk. You acknowledge and accept that you may lose all or part of any funds you deposit and wager on jl100. jl100 does not guarantee any level of winnings or return on wagered amounts.
10.3 Aggregate Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl100's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 By jl100. jl100 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms, irregular or suspicious activity, PAGCOR compliance requirements, or fraud investigation. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jl100 may forfeit all balance amounts, bonuses, and accrued VIP benefits without compensation.
11.2 By the Player. You may close your jl100 account at any time by contacting jl100 support. Upon closure, any verifiable real-money balance (net of active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your license to access and use jl100 terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and any outstanding financial obligations — will survive account closure.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 8792).
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of jl100, you agree to first contact jl100's customer support team to seek informal resolution. Where informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or the appropriate Philippine courts, as applicable.
12.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which shall be the governing language for all interpretive purposes. Any translation provided is for convenience only and does not create binding obligations.
jl100 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or account notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes, where practicable. Continued use of jl100 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using jl100 and may request account closure pursuant to Section 11.2.
